Moon 1: Week One & Two- The first tour of territory will happen at this time There will be a discussion about manners and expectations on apprentice duties (along with a big emphasis on safety) Will make sure that Cherishpaw is familiar and comfortable with the territory and along with scents of both predators and prey Week Three & Four- Will start tracking prey Work on basic fighting and hunting stances Once the basic stances are covered, they will start working on hunting regularly (simpler prey to harder prey) Will review everything they've learned so that they are on track for the next couple of moons Moon 2: Week One & Two- Will begin basic tunneling, tunnel hunting, and tunnel fighting Will also begin sparring with the basic fighting poses (may also be with other apprentices) Week Three & Four- Introduction to more complex fighting moves Sudden more focus on building and maintaining more relationships with peers (Strongcaper wants Cherish to have a lot of friends) Moon 3: Week One & Two- Will have more border and hunting patrols even more frequently Focus on honing and training already taught skills Week Three & Four- Small assessment will be administered with no win or fail but rather to see where they need to work on more Will encourage practicing with other apprentices (older apprentices to have more of a challenge, same age apprentices to build on skills, younger apprentices to help them and understand the material) Moon 4: Week One & Two- Advanced techniques of all of the above will be introduced and taught More practice and training sessions that become more exhaustive Techniques and strategies for fighting off predators will be introduced Week Three & Four- Quick review Will review and have training games with Fikafrolic and Charmpaw Moon 5: Week One & Two- Will begin with swimming lessons which is the focus Will also include herbs and basic healing facts that Strongcaper has learned Week Three & Four- Swimming lessons will turn to fighting in water lessons and sparring Herbs and healing lessons will continue (Strongcaper knows the uses of poppy seeds, cobwebs, catmint, comfrey, and marigold) Moon 6: Week One & Two- Focuses on review, practice, and sparring After the basic review, Cherishpaw gets to chose what they go over and review next (to get more in depth with what they aren't good at/don't feel comfortable with) Week Three & Four- Warrior assessment! Doesn't care if the moves and techniques aren't /perfect/ as he knows they will get better even after they become a warrior Will focus on all techniques that have been taught After it has concluded, Ronnie will take Cherishpaw stargazing and talk about how they feel about becoming a warrior and generally bonding
Notes on Strongcaper personality in reference to training: - Will be acclimating to becoming a deputy so it's a learning curve for both - He's still pretty introverted and bad at explaining things but will try very hard Rper Notes: A lot of this will not be covered irp- just know that this would have been covered orp Most of this was taken from when Strongcaper trained Imperial- he is much older and less grief-stricken than he was then and therefore much more stable Strongcaper was taught tunnel strategies and fighting and other things related to general tunneler duties by his mentor and grandfather Shoalcry so he will continue to provide that information
