pov you just realized you're closer to being 24 than the day you were born O-O edit 1: woah owah this blew up edit 2: what de flip almost 200 likes????? im cryin ilygsm !!!!!!!!//FULLSCREEN RECOMMENDED FOR FIRST 2 PICS//!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the quality is best when viewing on phone :3 ------------------------ hi i keep leaving for a month and then coming back with lots of improvement lol so uh today was my bday and i decided to celebrate this special most important day of the year(/j) with art yayayay also thank you for helping me reach 400+ followers its means a lot to mee <33 i drew my oc hana hehe ^^ i added string thingys (???) idk what they are lol shes holding a VERY CROOKED( in fact,, everything is) weird skythe weapon that i wanna re-do it SO BAD guys i thought during the summer i would make a whole bunch of art dumps and art but NO WAY this is the second art i've finished during the entire summer lololol school is starting so soon wahhh :'( --------------------------------------- this took about 4 hrs which is surprising cause i usually take wayyyy longer than that,, so i am proud YAY art process(starting from the draft, click 2 times): im not good at explaining lol, but feel free to ask questions and i'd be happy to try share tips with you! 1. DRAFT, i spent way too much time on this lol 2. LINEART(very proud of this lol),, i used the default pencil brush on firealpaca with a opacity pressure,, very good brush :> i used alpha lock after to change some colors in the lineart 3. BASE COLORS, i made a layer under the lineart and use the fill bucket, and pen brush to fill in small gaps 4. SHADING, so i made a multiply layer above everything and lowered the opacity, and then went back and made clipping layers(set to multiply, then lower opacity) on all my base color layers. i used marker brush with opacity pressure and a bunch of other additions to the brush 5.LIGHTING, the lighting is a bit too harsh :') above the multiply layer, and i made an add layer for this(same brush as shading) 6.FINAL THING, uh i think lighting to final thing is a bit of a big jump, but yeah its just a bunch of rendering that i dunno how to explain :') 7. idk lmao i thought it looked good with a white background,, but the darker bg fits the mood better :) OK THATS IT THANK YOU EVERYBODY ALSO i swear i will finish my trades soon, i sincerely apologize for all those who are waiting so long <3 i will finish them asap and get them to you soon ! ---- zoom in code: art/character : meeee reference : HAHA none, but i have should have done for the hand bc it looks SO GOOFY AH music: idk byebyebebyebyebye
