The Dog Days Are Over: An Open OC Palette MAP

Greetings + Definitions ------------- Hello, people (or robots, aliens, or not humans) who see this! This is an OC palette MAP. For those of you who don't know what an OC/palette MAP/MAP is, I'll tell you! OC: Original Character (or Original Content) MAP: Multi-Animation (or Artist)-Project palette MAP: A MAP that has a palette, or a set colour scheme Rules for EVERYONE ------------- 1) No hate towards me or other Scratchers. 2) No begging/bargaining. 3) No advertising. There are plenty of studios for advertising and this project is not one of them. 4) Don't insult mine or other people's art. 5) If you are unable to finish the part/TNE you said you would do, please notify me. That way I'll know to take you off the list. 6) If you would like me to notify you when the MAP is finished, please ask. Rules For Animation ------------- 1) No stealing art/using Google images. 2) Follow the palette. 3) Fill out the form. 4) Would prefer to have moderate to advanced/expert animators. 5) No more than 2 parts. 6) You have 3 weeks to finish your part, or 4 weeks if you have 2 parts. 7) For parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, and 17, I would prefer it if there was lip-syncing, but if there isn't, that's fine too. Lip-sync doesn't have to be the whole part. 8) For parts 1-14, have the border/edges of the screen be reddish/black. (Use the borders/edges palette) 9) Up to 2 sprites (premade in project) 10) No background animation! 11) Any animal, except for humans. (Unless all you can draw are humans. In that case, please ask.) 12) No fandom characters (Fandom OCs are okay.) 13) Remix the project for your submission! If you want, you can also comment the link. 14) Don't start until you've been accepted! 15) I will check in with you one day before your deadline. If you think you need more time, you may ask for up to a week longer. Please give me the date you think you'll finish. 16) Instead of using the flag button, use the "When I Receive ---" block. Better explanation in project. Rules for Backup ------------- 1) Same as "Rules for Animators" except for rules 5, 6 , and 15. 2) You can do as many backup parts as you want. 3) You may take as long as you need. If it's been more than a month, I'll check in and see how your part is coming. If you haven't finished or aren't close to finishing, that's fine! Rules for TNE ------------- 1) No stealing art/using Google images 2) Follow the palette 3) Include "The Dog Days Are Over: A Complete OC Palette MAP" somewhere in readable text 4) You may submit up to 2 different TNEs 5) No due date 6) Don't wait to be accepted. The only reason I would respond to your comment is if you had a question that needed to be answered. 7) If it's been more than a month, I'll check in and ask if you're almost finished. If you aren't, that's okay, I just want to get to see how close you are to being done!
