I got my bracers today ughhhh. I am in a LOT of pain so...yeah :T. I might not be very active, i'll probably be sitting in my room grabbing my jaw. Imagine fake teeth with bumps rubbing against your lip, and the slightest touch feels like a lightning bolt jolting through your system. Thats how I feel right now. Don't worry, i'll be back soon c':. not that I've ever been active :T.
