BIO ------------------------- SHORELINE ------------------------- NAME: Shoreline AGE: 13 GENDER: male, he/him TRIBE(S): SeaWing/SkyWing RANK: civilian LIKES: hanging out w. friends, being right, being accepted DISLIKES: blood, physical fights, being called an idiot PERSONALITY: brash, reckless, fiery temperament, kind of aggressive, endlessly loyal, defensive, assumptive, defensive, hopeless romantic if he likes you, not the brightest bulb but he puts a lot of effort into things that need it, hotheaded FAMILY: Firework (mother, SkyWing), Reef (father, SeaWing) LOVE INTEREST: Sunfire (SkyWing oc) OTHER: has seawing glowy stripes, but can't breathe underwater. can breathe fire but only small amounts at a time, demiromantic NOTES: stripes glow a dull magenta-ish color ------------------------- MAIN STORY ------------------------- "Shoreline!" Sunfire says, skidding into the library. Shoreline looks up from the scroll he's reading, glad to have a distraction from it. "What's up?" "Sunset and Sunbeam." Sunfire says, a scared expression on his face. Shoreline smirks. "Getting at you to play with them again?" Sunfire scowls. "They are terrifying, and you can't deny it." "I very well can. They're actually quite sweet." Shoreline says. Sunfire gives him a betrayed look. "Not you too!" He says, pouting slightly. Shoreline pats his head with a smirk. "You're the only one scared of them, Sun. Maybe if you'd just play with them you'd see it." Sunfire mock glares at him. "Never thought you of all people would stab me in the back." He mutters, resting his head on Shoreline's shoulder. "Whatcha reading?" "Just something for school." Shoreline says, trying to remain casual even as his brain was screaming at him. "Oh, Jade Academy does assigned reading?" Sunfire asks, interested. Shoreline shrugs as best he can with a head on his shoulder. "More of a Mom does assigned reading." Sunfire snorts. "You can always count on Firework to have something for you to do. Is it actually important in any way?" "No..." Shoreline says slowly, trying to figure out if Sunfire's implicating anything. "Great, because I'm bored and still on the run from the twins. Loot the cafeteria with me?" Sunfire says cheerily. "Sure, why not. I can always read this later." Shoreline says, carefully removing his shoulder from under Sunfire's head and standing up. "Just give me a minute to put this scroll up." Sunfire nods.
