Notes: -Since you can not operate any programs on the Start Menu, it will only show itself for 3 seconds. -Restart Button: Click the green flag to restart. -I recorded the Windows 95 startup sound off of my Windows 95 computer, so it may sound like it has a bit of static. -In Version 1.3, I plan to make network neighborhood, recycle bin, and internet explorer work!
