I mean no offence. The permutation is important. For example, in S tier, Sprite is first that means he is the best out of the S tier (again, no offence.
Uh in S tier we have sprite, because of his insane shading and art techniques. Then UltraUFilms, because of his ultrauart styles and really good shading and lighting. Knight is next cuz of the clean lines and good shading. Then Eathonyao, because of his amazing "cartoony-style" pfps and dmces. Then bubbles, cuz he is like an alternate UltraUfilms, but his backgrounds could do with more. Luxray is next, cuz of his outstanding pfps, (he uses kleki, but he still pulls it off). In A tier we have Overboard, cuz of his insane backgrounds, and luscious vector characters in his pfps. Oreo is next, cuz his pfps are brilliant especially in the Newt one and the Lux one. Twits because he is good, but the lines could be a bit cleaner. 66 is next cuz of his insane shading. In B tier we have zilky, cuz he makes ultraufilms style art, but it does not add up somehow. Idk who the heck is after him, so I put him in Z, but Ewok is there cuz of his amazing art styles. Newt is next, cuz vector art is really impressive. Glow has insane art, nevertheless. Idk why, but it not really my type. In C we only have Electro, cyz their pfps are...questionable. In E we have Jerrydoesart, cuz his art style is not really high quality, but still fine. In Z, Alrasi is there cuz his art actually looks bad (no offence). Idk who the other ones are but Superior is in last in Z, cuz they traced, copied, lied, and bullied.
