{}Platform 9 3/4, Year 3, HP year 4{} She frowned, watching Peter push her baggage cart. "Careful with that!" She snapped, seeing her cat's cage tip to one side. She rushed over, opening the door, and lifting her gray and white Balinese, Crystal, out. "Watch what you're doing." "Now, now dear. Don't be overly polite to him. He was being clumsy after all." Bellatrix said out of the corner of her mouth. Alessia rolled her eyes. Bellatrix's robes and hair were attracting more attention than she was. "Get my bags loaded Peter," She ordered, seeing Draco and that awful Lovegood girl talking outside one of the compartments. She stormed over. "Draco, what ARE you doing?" She demanded, stomping her foot, Crystal hissed from her arms. Lovegood looked up. "Just talking," she said in her wispy voice. "S-sorry Alessia." Draco stammered. She tilted her head; her finger traced a symbol on her arm. "You WERE talking, but now you're coming to find a compartment with me and Draco, right?" She asked, a hint of a smile playing on her lips. "Alright.." For the first time, Lovegood looked uncertain. Good. She stepped inside, her eyes adjusting to the dim lighting in the train's interior. As she headed down the hall, she passed the Potter boy's compartment. Her eyes lingered perhaps a second too long, because Draco turned to her, a questioning look on his face. She spun on her heel, walking quickly toward the back of the train to an empty compartment, which she entered. Lovegood followed, sitting across from her, next to the window. As Draco made to enter, she flapped her hand at him, in a clear "Go away" sign. He headed out the door without questioning her. The train blew it's whistle and started to move. She turned to the Lovegood girl, smiling for the first time that day. "Luna! It's so good to see you again! I missed you." The girl grinned. "It's nice to see you Alessia. I hate that you have to live with those AWFUL death eaters. I saw that symbol you traced on your arm. Did they really...?" "No! Of course not." She pulled her sleeve up to show bare skin. "How could you-" Just then she heard someone knock on the compartment door, and she yanked her sleeve down. "Come in!" She called. A red-haired girl poked her head in. "Hi.. Is Luna in here?" Alessia just stared. The girl looked EXACTLY like her. Luna stood up. "Ginny, this is Alessia We-" Alessia frowned, then suddenly bolted upright, shaking her head at Luna. "er- Alessia. Just Alessia." Luna finished awkwardly. "And Alessia, this is my friend, Ginny- Weasley." Alessia stood up, offering her hand to the girl. "Gryffindor, I presume?" She said, noting the maroon robes. Ginny nodded, staring at Alessia. "Anyway, what did you want, Ginny?" Luna asked, breaking the silence. "I was- just looking for you..." "You can sit with us if you'd like." Luna offered. Alessia crossed her arms, flopping back in the seat, and opening a book. ____________________________________________ Just then, Draco entered the carriage, looking rather surprised to see the three of them. He sat down next to Alessia, handing her a couple of chocolate frogs and Bert Bott's Every Flavor Beans, which she passed to Luna when Draco wasn't looking. ____________________________________________ The train's whistle blew loudly, and she looked up from her book, the train slowing down and the sky outside the window was dark and cloudy.
