will add more later!! I imagined this character as someone who would like to explore, but doesn't really show it. The first time they do though, something goes terribly wrong... It was a late night, with no one still awake. Behind all the dens, the forest loomed, dark and menacing. Despite the fact, there was a den placed close to the edge of it, still lit with a small lantern. Two wolves, pups by their voices, were bickering inside. "C'mon Lark, don't you want to explore?" "Not at this hour!" "You know that they won't let us go in there! I want to take the chance!" "You'd wonder why they don't want us going!" As if on cue, a long, bloodcurdling howl is heard in the distance. At that, a grey wolf, presumably Lark, stalks out of the den, heading toward one further away from the forest's edge. A cream colored wolf comes rushing out behind him. "Wait! Lark!" she calls. Lark doesn't answer, and proceeds to disappear into the darkness. "Fine, I'll go alone," she murmurs, turning her back to him. She looks at the woods, takes a deep breath, and rushes in. ... Every little sound, from mice scampering to branches creaking is setting my nerves on edge. I wish I didn't come here, wish I followed Lark. Because now I'm hopelessly lost. ... By this point, the cream colored wolf was deep in the woods. Other, bigger, wolves had surrounded her, letting out their awful screams. She cowered in the middle of their ragged circle, temporarily hidden by a small bush. She also knew they could smell her, sense her even. They grew steadily closer, until she could almost reach out and nip their paws. Then they began howling, reaching out for the moon. She took the moment to attempt to escape, running straight into the biggest wolf. She never even had a chance.
