~~~How to trade~~~ In order to trade, Player 1 and Player 2 must both be running the project. To start, Player 1 must generate an item ID by following these steps: 1. Click "Get item ID" 2. Type the name of the item in your inventory you are willing to trade away 3. Copy the ID code that comes up 4. Click "Done" Player 1 must then send this item ID to Player 2 somehow (perhaps by pasting it on their profile or in a forum post). After recieving and copying the code from Player 1, Player 2 must follow these steps: 1. Click "Make trade" 2. Paste the code 3. Type "y" to confirm that the stated item is the one you wish to recieve 4. Type the name of the item in your inventory you are willing to offer in return for Player 1's item Finally, to complete the trade, Player 1 must type "y" to confirm that they agree to the terms of the trade. The two players should now have exchanged the specified items between their inventories. ~~~Wanna use it?~~~ This project was designed to be expanded upon and used in larger games. You are completely free to use this system in your projects however you wish, as long as you credit me. If you want to make changes to the system and/or implement it into your own projects, but are having trouble working with or understanding the project or its code, I'm totally open to help you out as much as I can. Just shoot me a comment. ~~~Bugs and suggestions~~~ If you notice any bugs or have any cool ideas, let me know and I'll see what I can do!
~~~What is this?~~~ This is a very rudimentary cloud-based trading system I whipped up for fun. It allows you to trade items represented by numbers with other Scratchers over the internet. The items are all stored as numbers and are only displayed as such for the purpose of this showcase project, but if implemented into a real game, the items would need to be properly represented by names and images. ~~~Credit~~~ All of the code is completely mine Stock images and sounds from Scratch default library
