This is a weird microbe simulation where there are three microbes. You can't control anything, you just have to watch. The small microbe does nothing and is only food for the medium microbe (your microbe). The medium microbe eats the smaller microbe when its in view of the medium one. The medium microbe and the small microbe can both be eaten by the large microbe. The medium and large microbes choose random locations to move to, and if the location is very close to the small microbe it will lock onto the small microbe until it has been eaten. The large microbe can also lock onto the medium one. Currently the vision doesn't work properly.
