She waited for her pounding heart to settle before she tried to remember what had frightened her so terribly. "A dream of the past," she finally remembered. "I was dreaming of back then...." She closed her eyes, trying to remember the especially scary thing that had woken her up. A whisper brushed across the back of her mind. "Help me...Amber...Harper." Harper's phone started ringing as soon as she had remembered what it had been. She checked the phone number, frowning when she saw that it was Amber, who she had just recently gotten into contact with to help find their half-sister. "Harper," Amber said urgently, seriously as soon as Harper answered. "You dreamed it too, right?" "You mean that call for help, our names?" Harper asked. "Yeah." Amber paused, then said, "Listen, I think I've finally found her. Sophia Danels. I've bumped into her twice. I think...I realy think she's it. All I need is to get her DNA and then we'll know." Harper blinked. "Really? Where does she live?" "Well for whatever reason, she left her home. I saw her go to some kid's house with him. I didn't see who it was." Harper groaned. "Oh no. Are you serious? Ugh, we have to find him. And her. I...I have a bad feeling about this." Amber was silent. Then she finally muttered, "Me too, Harp. Me too. But all I know is we have to protect our sister. Okay?" Harper hesitated, looking out her window and at the moon.
