It is now officially my most popular project, finally surpassing my basic aim trainer. Here is a guide to some simple glitches in the game. I have decided to release this because of Pooky666's hard version of my bonus levels for kumquat platformer, some of the levels of which require glitch knowledge to complete. The first and simplest of them, the deathjump. To use it, jump straight into a killzone. Your vertical momentum is retained in death, and as the respawn zone is relatively high up the screen, you will be launched higher than a normal jump. Next, gravlocking. There are two versions of this glitch, jump and fall gravlocking. to use jump gravlocking, simply jump straight up and back into the ground. Due to how to my code detects "collisions", you will sink into the ground a little, which will constantly set your fallspeed to 0, meaning bounce pads cannot affect you. to exit it, just hold the jump key. To fall gravlock, walk to the edge and fall off, then reverse your direction so you move into the floor. this wall allow you to hang from the bottom of the black. The final and hardest glitch to perform consistently is the superjump. To use it, jump diagonally into a black space so you only barely clip the edge, and hold the jump key. If done correctly, your y velocity will be increased due to holding the jump key while touching black, without resetting your y velocity to 0 like it should when touching black. I think this is the only glitch caused be scratch itself instead of my coding. If executed correctly, you will fly up into the air very fast. DUE TO A MULTITUDE OF BUG FIXES AND LEVEL DESIGN CHANGES YOU MAY NOT USE SPEEDRUN MODE TO SET A WR HERE.
