At 3:42 PM, Zhongguonese fighter jets were detected by Triewanese radar after crossing the maritime border. Shortly after, two JF-14 fighter jets were scrambled to intercept the jets, with them coming 100 feet from each other. The Triewanese jets radioed to the Zhongguonese fighters and they turned back.
