so Zantar is a Zaotopian, context a Zaotopian is a alien humanoid creature from the planet Zao p-85 Zaotopians can mold their bones and skin why? idk, also they can control a type of metal that is found on their planet, also they have eyes on their chests.. EYES these eyes can shoot giant beams of light which are very powerful but everytime they use their metal powers, or eye beam. Well since they age slowly if they use their powers they age faster.. idk i made him awhile ago don't ask why they have a eye on their chest because idk either.
