Trained along with Ember Squad, his Force-sensitivity was kept a secret, only known to a few Kaminoans. He only found out about it because of his fight with Ventress, which cost him his right arm and a broken inhibitor chip. He was shot in the spine during that fight, leaving him paralyzed, and it never healed correctly, so he needed a system in hid armor to help him walk. He was fluent in two languages: Basic and Mando'a. He got frequent headaches because of the inhibitor chip being broken, and it malfunctioned occasionally. During the battle of Umbara, he was attacked by Krell, but the squad leader, Arson, sacrificed himself so Flame could survive. He had very bad PTSD after some of the things he went through, but stayed very loyal to his brothers, although not many outside of his squad liked or trusted him. He wore Phase 2 armor, although the visor glowed a dark purple. He was sometimes sent out on different missions than the rest of his squad, or wasn't allowed leave when they were. He was a sergeant. He became very quiet about his emotions because he thought he was weak enough already. He was a great artist, but most things he drew were reflecting the pain he went through, even just to wake up every morning. Anybody who knew him knew how much he had changed through his life. He used to be the happy and most loyal one to the Republic, but he began to question everything he ever thought was right, including happiness. Everyone also knew that he was badly sleep-deprived and could barely sleep for long periods of time. He tried hard to cut himself off from the Force, as he couldn't focus with all the things going on in his mind. During the Empire, he served for about a year, even though he knew he needed to get out. He was accused o killing his commanding officer, but he was on the complete opposite side of the Star Destroyer when that happened. He was thrown into solitary confinement for six months until he was rescued during an attack on the base, but he was already pretty far into insanity. He got a very bad respiratory disease when he was in there, and the damage couldn't be undone. He needed a system in his helmet to help him breath better, and he coughed a lot. He died when he was with a couple of clones who defected. He could feel his inhibitor chip taking over, and his insanity was only going to get worse, so he took his own life.
