Well... after a year... food clicker beta finally released. yeah... sorry I was just doing other things at that time and school started again and I started to add more and more stuff, I tried to get my friend Xartalis aka ConfusionCodes to work on the game with me (UPDATE: originally, .) yeah, just basically a lot of stuff happened but finally, I have a version of the game that I'd consider... FUNCTIONAL. So yeah, after this will just be the 1.0 release so you're probably gonna have to wait almost as long for the main release but that's fine, right? So yeah anyway, enjoy!
CHANGELOG: This will cover the changes that happened in this version. I'll currently only cover the main changes because currently it's really late and it's almost Christmas so I'm rushing to get this out and I don't to do an all-nighter. New Main Menu. New Foods to buy. NEW MENU: Achievements: Achievements reward you when you reach a milestone in the story and/or can be secret achievements CHALLENGES that can also reward you when complete. Try to complete them all! Better backgrounds. Added Seasonal backgrounds. More Shine effects and spin effect that unlock when you buy more foods. Removed the sort-of PSA. Eh, it just kinda felt like I shoe-horned it in because "Oh it's Food Clicker "Feed The World." so that ObViOuSlY means end world hunger." yeah, didn't like that. Added sound and a sound button so you can trigger it on and off. Added Gradients to the shop menu based on what category you're on. Added food that falls in the background. Changed Prices of food. Changed to a better artstyle. UPDATE: Oops! found some bugs and I fixed them. UPDATE 2: More things I found that I didn't like so I changed them. This might happen one more time but just know, before I released the game, I was wondering why I didn't release it yet but slowly and slowly, am I noticing why I didn't release it yet. UPDATE 3: Added code for January and February seasonal themes... after January. Don't worry I won't make the same mistake again for march, I'm already working on it.
