Elija is a diSoul user and one of Alaska's younger brothers. He is a Lifono diSoul user, so he has a barrier of 'love' that makes people not be able to hit him directly, only ranged attacks work. He doesn't like to tag along with his brother, but he makes an exception whenever he gets to show off, he's kinda dumb.
