This is UNO, but in scratch... And if you don't know how UNO works, then I'm just gonna tell you. The goal of the game is to run out of cards. When placing a card, the card has to have the same colour or number. And if you have too many cards, you fail (idek if that's in the real game, but having 22 cards is just a skill issue)
