This is Viper. He is immune to all forms of Serpentine venom, including the Great Devourer's venom, as a result of being part Serpentine. He was abandoned in the Anacondrai tomb as a baby. He was raised by a large dragon clutch for three years, whose leader heard Viper's dragon whistle coming from the Anacondrai tomb and brought him to the dragon nest. He unintentionally killed one of the dragons while he was fighting Pythor. He was banished from all dragon nests for the rest of his life. Based on the fact that he was part Serpentine and Serpentine can generally live for several hundred years, he was expected to live for at least 200 years without aging at all. As a result of being part Serpentine, he was believed by Ninjago citizens to be a major threat to Ninjago City, making him a city fugitive. So, he went to Dr. Julien's lab to hide since most Ninjago citizens aren't aware of the lab's existence. He stayed in the lab until he was 10 years old, when Zane found Viper hiding under the bed while visiting Dr. Julien's lab. Zane picked Viper up since he was being affected by hypothermic paralysis, then brought him to Destiny's Bounty, where Sora was still trying to practice Spinjitzu.
