Original/MAP hosted by: @mustachemacaque211 Character: Bermuda (platypus) Audio: "You Make Me" - "Weird Al" Yankovic first of all, i'm so sorry this took forever. i think i originally asked for a part in... september? to cut a long story short, a lot has happened in the past few months. that coupled with the fact that i'm not as active on scratch these days, and that i've had quite a bit of art block and lack of motivation lately, has meant i haven't had as much of an opportunity to work on my part... but at least it's done now! i pretty much never participate in maps anymore, but i really felt compelled to in this case. weird al is one of my longtime favorite musicians (i've got several of his albums on cd - including the album this song is on), and this is one of my favorite songs by him (in part because it's meant to be in the style of one of my favorite bands)... so i had to. i mean, i'd be really disappointed in myself if i just let this opportunity slip. i would've probably taken one of the parts with lyrics if any were available at the time, but i'm perfectly fine with doing an instrumental part as well - especially since i basically got to do whatever i wanted with the animation! also, bermuda was pretty much suited to this purpose exactly. he's even named after weird al's drummer! besides, what's not to like about a cyborg platypus (even if most of his robotic stuff is on the inside)? i'm kinda amused by how my part is the 27th part to be completed (if you get that, i'm proud of you) i guess that's all i have to say. to the host of the map: if there's anything i need to add/change, let me know, but i don't really think that should be a problem. i'm hoping this map turns out well, and i'm excited to see the finished product!
