I realized with a start when I woke up, that I had been here TWO weeks and I still hadn`t met my half-sister Jade. Jade was Dad and Hannah`s daughter and she lived with us for six months and them for six months. When she started to go to hogwarts (3 years ago) we agreed to having her every second summer holiday. I hadn`t seen her in two years.I missed her so much at the start, but I got used to it. I remember she got sorted into Ravenclaw. I walked around, trying to find the Ravenclaw dorms for a while before giving up and asking the school troublemakers Susie Weasley and Bobby Black. They knew everyone at school. "Hi guys..." I said as I approached them. " sup Star" Bobby said trying to act cool. They were in my year at Hogwarts and they had instantly fitted in. "Have you heard of Jade Longbottom???" "Yeah" Susie grinned "She`s busted us on our caricature of professor McGonagall and professor Flitwick." "Ooookaaayyyy?" I said puzzled. "The answer is 13!!!" I came to a sphinx blocking the door to the common room. "WHAT IS WRITTEN DOWN AND GIVES YOU BAD LUCK???" "ummmm" I thought "13???" "CORRECT" and it stepped to the side. The ravenclaw common room was EXTREMELY blue. The walls were not walls but actually bookshelves like a mini version of the library. The fireplace which would usually have a fire in it was put out. Sitting on an armchair was Jade. she had soft brown hair with the ends dyed green. She was absorbed in a book called `Inspiring careers for young witches.` "Hey wait a second..." said a boy sitting next to her. His eyes slid from my badger pin to my yellow tie. "You`re a hufflepuff!" He exclaimed jumping to his feet and dropping his book `Inspiring careers for young wizards` I opened my mouth trying to speak to Jane but nothing came out. "Hi Star!!!" Jade shouted when she finally realized I was there. "Long time no see lil`sis" She grinned trying to ruffle my hair but just taking out my space buns. "Oops" she laughed "You always do that" I groaned as she tied my hair into plaits. "Elliot came to see me just a while ago" she said before hugging me so tight I felt like I could choke. We spent two hours chatting about each others lives and she introduced me to her friend who had been awkwardly sitting there. However, her friend now looked like a girl. "Ummmm" I said "how`d you do that???" "I`m an animagus!" She grinned baring her pointy teeth at me. "I`m genderfluid" she said and changed her hair into an afro with the ends dyed red. "Cool!" I said and left for dinner. I couldn`t help but think about Jade`s friend. I think their name was... Sasha??? They looked like they were in second year. "Hi Ju!!!" I smiled as she sat down next to me. Dinner was shepard`s pie; June`s favourite but she was too busy staring at Diego to eat.
