Windows 98 but better in some ways. It is in an alpha/beta phase. But the startup is from Windows 95. NOTE: FOR WINDOWS UPDATE (LAUNCHED FROM “PROGRAMS”), YOU SHOULD CLICK IT 3-5 TIMES. IF YOU DON’T, IT MAY NOT OVERLAY CORRECTLY.
