My friend irl made a transcript for the first hooky special that takes place between when Dani poisoned Mark with love potion and before she cut her hair. (Miriam/author of hooky made the comic) [Set the scene: Monica, Dani, and Minono (the cat) are sitting at the table, Nico is standing on the table. Carlo is sitting on the banister. Dorian is heading downstairs carrying a large stack of books.] Monica: Hey, let's do a Secret Santa this Christmas! Dani: What's that? Monica: It's like a game where everyone exchanges presents. I wrote down all our names on a little paper. Each one of us takes a paper randomly and makes a present for the person that appears on that paper, but we can't say who we got. [Monica presents the bag of names.] Monica: We can exchange our presents on Christmas day! We always did that at the palace! Dani: Sounds like fun! Nico: Count me out! I have no money! And I don't feel like giving any presents to anyone. Monica: You can also give something handmade! Besides, I've already put your name inside the bag. Dani: Come on, Nico! Nico: You're so tiresome... [Monica notices Dorian sneaking into the basement.] Monica: Dorian! Don't sneak off! [Meanwhile, Nico pulls a name out of the hat and grimaces.] Dani: What's with that face? Who did you get? Nico: Ugh... Monica: Dorian! Dorian: What? I was gonna read for a while... [Monica thrusts the bag in Dorian's face.] Monica: Come on, don't be boring! Take a paper! Dorian: Huh...? Me...? Can I participate too? Monica: Of course, silly! Dorian: Ah...okay. [Dorian reaches into the bag and pulls out a paper.] Monica, thinking: (He looks so happy...I wonder who he got.) Nico: You freak, Dorian! If you got me, don't you dare give me a book! Dani: Of course...I'm sure you don't even know how to read. Nico: What?! Monica: Okay, we only have one more paper. Dani: What? [Monica pulls a piece of paper out of her pocket] Monica: Are you coming with me, Dani? Dani: Wait! Why did you get it from your pocket? [Cut to Mark at the window of the cafe.] Monica: Muffin boy! Dani: Mark! [Mark looks up, sees Dani, and whips out a shotgun.] Monica and Dani: AAAAAAAAAH! Monica: PUT THAT DOWN, PUT THAT DOWN! WE AGREED YOU WOULDN'T TRY TO KILL DANI! [Mark lowers the gun.] Mark: Ah...sorry...sometimes I'm out of my head... Monica: I see...well we've come to ask you to participate in our Secret Santa. We're having a Christmas party at Master's! Mark: I'm meeting some friends that night... Monica: Our party will be early, you can come anyway! Dani: It'll be fun! Mark: Well...okay. Dani: You can't give me raisin bread pudding, okay? [Cut to Monica and Dorian reading at a table. Dani is sitting by them doing an experiment with Nico on her shoulder. Monica looks over to Dorian, finding him staring.] Monica, thinking: (Now that I think about it...lately Dorian has been looking at me, like, a lot.) [Dorian looks away. In the background, Dani pours something into a beaker and it explodes, knocking Nico off her shoulder] Monica, thinking: (Ah...could it be...? Yes, I'm sure! He's my Secret Santa! He's so bad at hiding it, poor thing!) [Cut to Dorian, Dani, and Monica sitting at the table. Dani's hands are covered in bandages.] Monica: Dani! What happened to your hands? What a disaster! Dani: It's nothing! I was making my present and... Dorian: Be more careful...you shouldn't be getting hurt doing this... Dani: I know, I know! But I'm a little clumsy. [Nico enters the room. He is severely battered and carrying an empty sack.] Nico: Hey... Monica and Dorian: NICO! Nico: Hello... Dani: What happened to you? You look horrible! Nico: I was getting the present... Dani: But your bag is empty... Nico: For now... [Cut to Dorian reading in his room. He appears to be making a global device.] [Cut to the attic. Everything is decorated for Christmas, with a huge Christmas tree. Monica is working on the tree, Full-size Nico is sitting on an armchair, and Mark is just now entering the room.] Dorian: Hello! Merry Christmas, Mark! Nico: Who invited this jerk?! Monica: Hi! We're almost done! Dorian: Be careful, Monica! Nico: You're so clever, coming just in time when everything's already done. Dani: TA-DAAAAA! [Cut to a montage of the gang dancing. Dani and Mark stand under a mistletoe, but Nico pushes them away.] Monica: Presents time! Dani: I'm so excited! Nico: Finally! I only came here for my present! I wanna be the first! [Nico opens his present. It's a small warrior outfit, small enough to fit his small form.] Nico: Ohhhhh! It's so cool! Monica: Do you like it? I hope it fits you. Nico: It even has a sword! So cool! I'll try it on tomorrow! Thank you so much! Mark: What's this? I didn't know you still played with dolls... Nico: Shut up. Dani: I'm gonna open mine! [Dani's present is an elaborate Christmas themed cake.] Dani: Whoaaaa! It looks delicious! Did you bake it, Mark? Mark: Yes...I thought of doing something I'm good at...my father helped me, but... Nico: Are you sure it's not poisoned? I'm sure you put rat poison in it. Monica: Nico, don't be an oaf! Mark: ...well...now that you say so...I'm not sure. You better not eat it. Everyone: ... Nico: Dude. Monica: Weeeeeeell, my turn. [Monica opens her present and notices Dorian staring at her.] Monica, thinking: (Hehe, he's so focused. What's he gonna give me...? [Monica's present is a hand-knit scarf, which she then puts on.] Monica: Awwwww, this is so cute, thank you so much Doria...! Dani: Do you like it? It's poorly done but... Monica: Huh? I...! I love it! Did you make it, Dani? Dani: Yes! It was difficult to make on time. Monica: Thank you very much! [Monica turns to Dorian.] Monica: ...I thought you were the one giving me a present. Dorian: Huh? Me? No. Monica: But...I was so sure, because you...you've been staring at me a lot these past few days. Why? Dorian: What? That's not true! Monica: I caught you multiple times! Dorian: You were the one staring at me all the time! Monica: Liar! [After a moment of silence, the two turn away.] Dorian: Well, whatever. I'm gonna open my gift. [Dorian's gift is unicorn hair.] Dorian: This is... Nico: You better like it. It was super hard to get. Dorian: It's unicorn hair! It has awesome magical properties! How did you get this?! I tried to get it myself once and I almost died trying! Nico: I know, that's why I thought you would really like it. And yes, the horn almost took my eye out. [Dorian attempts to hug Nico.] Dorian: Nico...I'm so touched...You're amazing!!!! We're gonna be best friends forever!!! Nico: No way! I don't want to be your best friend, like, ever! Mark: Okay, this last one is for me... [Mark's present is a crystal ball shaped lamp.] Mark: Is...it a lamp? Dorian: Yes...but it's not an ordinary lamp... [Dorian presses a button and the room goes dark, with tiny lights floating throughout. Dorian: I didn't know what to give you, so I thought, since you like watching the stars and all that... Mark: Whoaaaa, awesome! Dorian: But It doesn't just recreate the night sky. Look... [Dorian presses another button and it begins to snow.] Monica: Is it snowing? Dani: That's so cool! It's real snow! Nico: Yeah! So Christmas-ey. Mark: Whoa...can I keep it for real? Monica: It's so exciting, it never snows at Christmas here! Dani: You're amazing, Dorian! How did you do it?! Dorian: I know, it's cool...well, you see, the process wasn't easy at all- Nico: SNOWBALL FIGHT! [Nico launches a snowball at Dorian. The gang begins to have a snowball fight. End
