One shoehorned evening backstory, the brave wardens of the Hazardous Bouncer Sandbox checked in the piping system to find a sudden influx in the shapeshifter population, with no regular bouncers to be found, only scraps of red rubber and broken springs... *burp* Huh? Sounded like that came from the pipes... In this super-expert challenge, not only will the bouncer-dropping pipes quicken pace quicker, but EVERY obstacle will be an unpredictable Shapeshifter! Quick yet precise movement and on-the-fly reactions are a must to get through this shapeshifter siege unscathed, so don't get distracted by the pretty sunsetting sky. C'mon, let's see what you got... Just in case, here's HOW 2 PLAY: Use your mouse/finger to guide the green button-like object to avoid being crushed by the bouncing shapeshifting hazards! In other words, avoid the rust-coloured stuff. You'll gain points over time until you get hit by a hazard, the difficulty increases over time too. As every obstacle is a Shapeshifter, they'll change shape with every bounce, also changing the way it bounces, so keep your focus sharp! Below is a list of all the forms they may take on: - Ball: Simply bounces off the ground normally. - Springy Anvil: Has more gravity and is quicker when it comes to vertical motion. - Boot: Moves quicker than the other hazards, but bounces very low. - Slimeball: Sticks to the ground for some time before shifting and bouncing again. In the original Hazardous Bouncers, these hazards appear in their "regular" forms which don't switch with each bounce, marked by a more vibrant red.
Soooo... My first project of October (though i started it in September) - only one quarter of 2023 remains. It's my second time making a harder edition of one of ZYellow's minigames (first being Floater Ball: Expert Mode), and this one's a bit more thematic... themed around the trickiest obstacle in the OG. The time gap between the idea and the execution was a lot longer this time, being about a month rather than a week. And once again, there may be some secret shiny messages for getting a really good score....
