The mad tea-man, and his cat, live in a teashop hidden in an alleyway - which alleyway, exactly, doesn't seem clear. It seems rather as if it comes and goes as it pleases. Take a drink with him, but don't be surprised if your teatime took longer than you thought - time is as strange in the mad teashop as space.
