This is an announcement regarding some VERY big changes to my Deltarune parody series (Betarune) here on scratch. (Also here is a little clip of a THE WORLD REVOLVING + Field of Hopes and Dreams thing I'm working on in FL Studio) Now let's get to the announcement: If any of you have been keeping an eye on my Scratch Content for the past 2-3 months you should know about something called "Betarune", For those who are unfamiliar with Betarune, Here is a quick summary: Betarune is a Parody series of Deltarune created by me and hosted here on Scratch. I was inspired to create Betarune when I saw that my friend @EvansF122 had created their own Deltarune parody series on Scratch called "Alpharune". Alpharune and Betarune are quite similar to each other but are different in Story, Characters, Theme, etc. However recently my friend @EvansF122 has been IP banned from Scratch and this has made me realise how strict some of Scratch's rules can be and how easy it can be to get banned. This has prompted me to think about Betarune's story and see if Scratch would allow it, And unfortunately I had come the conclusion that some of the themes in Chapters 2 and 4 along with some of the jokes in Chapter 3 would not follow along with some of Scratch's guidelines. Also Burnout has caused massive delays on the series (Most notably the time between the first and second projects in Chapter 2 (4 Months)). With all of this information, I hope you understand some of the changes that I will talk about now. The series will no longer be a parody of Deltarune and will no longer be hosted on Scratch. Characters such as Barry, Bob, Loomi-neus, etc. will stay but will be redesigned. Characters such as Obama, Emperor Spamton, Ford Focus, Hungry Pumpkin etc. will be completely reworked into original characters. The series will also no longer be called Betarune and I am still thinking of a new name for the series. The series will also no longer consist of playable projects and lastly all Betarune Projects and Studios will be left open for archival purposes. I hope you understand my choices for the future of this series, I will post one last Betarune project soon (Meeting Bert) and all of the Character redesigns and reworks will be posted to Scratch when I get to making them. When the series is ready, I will make a project on Scratch announcing the name of the series and what website it will be hosted on. That's all I have to say for now, I'll see you all soon.
