Just like usual. This is the elevator in an unknown lobby in the Stone City Garden. This used to be a 1980's Dover Impulse, but a piece of the logic circuit was cracked, causing it to stop on the way down. So this Dover had been modernized by OTIS under 3016's scheduling. Now this thing is a HydroAccel with red Series M2.
