Meet Nixie and Bog! Nixie is a water spirit, who found a worm when very young, she talked to it everyday and gave it everything it needed. One day, Nixie found the worm dead, she grieved it the whole week. When she finally stopped crying, she was blinded by dazzling lights everywhere, and a deep and heavenly voice spoke to her. “Do you wish to save this soul?” It had asked, of course Nixie nodded. “Of course, of course! I’ll do anything, this is my friend!” She had pleaded to the voice. She passed out moments later, and when she woke up, her tail had been replaced with that worm. Nixie could no longer speak, but Bog understood her. These two have lived hundreds of years, and met countless myths and legends, yet even without her voice, Nixie regrets nothing.
