So basically whenever i stand up my heart races, some of my robloxia friends think i have P.O.T.S. and coffee8a (my roblox friend) told me that his closest friend DIED a year ago because of pots, and he swore he wasn't joking, i am freaking out, please help me, give me medical advice, i don't want to die, i'm scared, i think i'm gonna die, what do i do??
