Oh boy- I have a lot to do, huh guys? Coming soon, I will have a 250 pfp competition, as well as a suprise birthday post- (My birthday is this Friday! Hooray!) So please stay tuned! COMPUTER AND MOBILE FRIENDLY (Space or click to advance) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------So... Neko? Why is your big 100th project a bunch of... lips? Well my dear friends, I am glad you asked. While I don't want you to scroll back and find it- Please, dont. It'll show up in here. I don't need people liking the og- My first art project was- well, lips. Now, here's the process! 1. The complete art- just so you can see the atrocities you are about to get into- 2. Basic shapes. These lines for me are generally quite wobbly. For lip and face refrences, I like to google recent sand sculpting competitions and use those. One of my favorite sculptors was in this show, so these were the ones I chose! 3. Refine. Now I can take the janky lines based off the images- (No, they aren't perfect. I know.) and smooth them out. I generally zoom in until all I see are pixels to make sure it's even... 4. Simple enough- Just putting the lines down the middle to keep it true to the original work. (stay tuned please don't go find it I'll cry) 5. Showing you that since I'm crazy, for the red lines I didn't fill- Nonono- I traced my lines... 6. Giving all of them a base color- the same reds and blacks. 7. OH MY GOSHH??? THE FINGER TOOL DOES THIS?? YES??? 8. Hehe- same image again... Admire it!/j 9. Oh geez- well, it's what you've been waiting for- the og piece. Excuse me as I sob. 10. I know It's not the best, but I actually do like how this one turned out. The mouth shape and highlights just make me happy- 11. OH GEEZ. BARF. I RAN OUT OF STYLES TO DO I'M SO SORRY LET'S ALL CRY TOGETHER 12. My favorite- I'm literally in love with this. I used the smudge tool but argh It's just soosososo prettyyyy! 13. It looks like wax lips. Bro these are ugly but I just wanted to be done with this XD So yeah! Thanks for looking! I actually really pushed out of my comfort zone on this one- It took sooo long- you may be able to see the timestamps haha- and yes, I do this on my phone. I'm insane.
