Once you have started, enter how many seconds you want the countdown timer to be. When you are ready, you can click the start button, or press the space bar. If you wish to pause the timer, then click the pause button, or click the space bar. You can stop the program at any time by clicking the reset button. You can also turn off or on the volume by clicking the green button.
