Press the roll button to roll a number dependent on the min and max. Click the set min & set max buttons to set the minimum & maximum numbers respectively. This RNG will never get the same number twice in a row.
In the future, I might make an RNG that will balance itself out to try and get an even distribution of rolls to prevent streaks.
