Click the green flag to begin. There are not any words or sentences in here. Click "See Inside" and follow the directions there to add words. Use the rectangular buttons to change the voice, and use the button with the arrow in it to repeat the word. There is one voice that I left out, but all it says is "meow meow meow" (it's the kitten voice).
