He is very silly :) He doesn't need to be the main villain, he can be a side one too! (ie, a comic relief villain to balance out a more serious one) hes influenced by kirby villains, and the one who waits from cult of the lamb Random details: -It is physically impossible to remove it's hat -wants to prove that they ARE in fact a threat -Made of pure magic (why he disappears after he takes on a more powerful form) -permanently banned from wizard school but either denies it or is just unaware (kinda like Zim from Invader Zim) example scene: Wizard Mann: You know, it doesn't seem like you guys are taking me seriously. Cast Member: (clearly holding back laughter) What makes you think that? Wizard Mann: I know what'll prove to you that I'm a threat! ALAKAZAM! (A cloud of smoke appears and when it fades, one of the cast members is changed to like a fish or something dum like that)
