Chapter 4 It had been a week since Lily had joined Hogwarts. It was fun and she was doing well in most subjects. One thing that was annoying her was that Isaac Redhill was everywhere. She half expected to wake up and find him next to her. Ginny noticed that her friend was looking upset so she asked her what was wrong. "UGH THAT REDHILL SLYTHERIN GUY IS ANNOYING ME. HONESTLY THE WAY HE FOLLOWS ME IS UGHHHH" Lily yelled. Ginny sniggered then said, "Someone's got an admirer," Lily stared scornfully then laughed,"Bit rich coming from you, You know I can tell my brother you fancy him. HARRY!" Harry came over, surprised. "What is it Lil?" Lily smiled angelically then asked,"Who do you fancy?" Harry blushed then whispered,"I'll tell you later," Lily smiled triumphantly. Ginny looked excited for some random reason. "Why are u so excited," lily asked. "Cos Harry might like me back,"Ginny squealed. "Ugh romance, it makes me sick." Lily shuddered. She turned and ran smack into Isaac Redhill. "Oh no!" she tried to back off but it was too late. "Hi Lily, wanna go to the library," he asked. "I can take myself you know," Lily muttered. Clutching Lily, helpless with mirth, Ginny said,"I think she means she can go by herself." Laughing, the two girls ran to the dormitory. The next day, Lily had charms with Mirabelle. She met up with Mira and after breakfast they went to charms. There were no seats free together so they separated. Lily sat next to a ravenclaw girl. "Good you are all here. Do you have your feathers. Now we are going to learn the levitation charm. Wingardium Leviosa. Swish and flick." Lily tried and tried but it didn't work so she turned to the girl next to her. "Hi I'm Lily Potter. Can you help me." The girl turned. "Oh hello Lily, I'm Charlotte Chang. You need to add a swish." With that Charlotte demonstrated. Lily tried again and it worked. After the lesson, Lily asked Charlotte if they wanted to be friends and Charlotte nodded. "Bye!" They called as they went to their separate common rooms
