( (I made a half-baked alien warrior species out of boredom, don't judge :,) )) || Physical Attributes || - Black scleras (Though white scleras among residents of Kramparius is not all too rare, due to more human DNA sometimes being snuck into individuals) - Most are born with slit pupils (both vertically and horizontally~ helps with adaptability in hunting + determining the distance of their prey + adjusting to sudden brightness or darkness) - Bioluminescent irises, varying in color + often extremely saturated in shade, contrasting strongly with their dull skin-tones - Muted skin tones, often darker in shade to adapt to the desert environment (but they can have slightly colored tints of orange or pink to them, depending upon what part of the Dullahast their families hail from) - Albinism is possible, but only with those made from transported DNA - Mostly human appearances/anatomies - Heights vary from 6-9 feet (5'9" being a midget or child, 6'0" being a runt, 8'0" being considered tall, 9'0" being the tallest recorded height), though women only have the ability to grow to 7'5" at most.) - Lighter/Less pigmented hair colors~ black-haired individuals are extremely rare, and the hair color almost considered to be completely extinct in the species at this time. Blonde hair is the most common, with brunettes being fairly rare~ red hair is possible, though it is considered fairly unattractive among the population, seen to clash with their skin-tones and go against their beliefs of not standing out among others. - At their fingertips are long black claws. Women tend to have shorter ones - All females are born with horns~ the most common simply being two small, sharp stubs growing from the forehead, though lengths vary. The colors often match the skin-tone, though they can be slightly darker than the skin. No horns are lighter than the skin. - To the horror of most Demoralos, the species is born with long, slim tails with a fluffed tassel at the tip. These tails increase in length the older the individual is, and the color and pattern varies- but most begin as the skin tone of the holder at the base, and fade to another color towards the tip, the tassel at the tip matching the color of the faded half of the tail. They were originally given to their species to assist with balance, due to their heights, but towards adulthood they simply become a way to express emotion~ something that is looked down upon by the Dremoralos. - Body types vary~ but, again, overweight or underweight individuals are incredibly looked down upon, due to their inability to contribute to the population as well as the rest. - Scars are signs of beauty, in Dremoralos culture: the more scars one possesses, and the greater fatality they have caused in the past, the more respected the individual will be. - Hairstyles for males are traditional: Men keep shorter hairstyles, the longest only reaching the shoulders in length. Women, on the other hand, have complete flexibility with their hair length- as long as they do not make an attempt to stand out with it. || Common Beliefs/Practices/Customs/Random Details || - Displaying individuality and expressing yourself is seen as selfish and disgraceful~ and overall distracting from the true meaning of existence: work and sacrifice. - Although all genders and alignments are seen as equals, male individuals are often the only ones recruited for military positions, due to the commonly known weakness of being knocked or stabbed in the (cherries), and so that no dangerous pregnancies take place upon the battlefield. - There are absolutely no holidays. The only thing close to a holiday is the exam to maturity, which all Dremoralos take at the age of 18 (126 in human years, as aging is x7 slower than that of a human). In this exam, Dremoralos proved their skills in a series of tests, resulting in the deaths of over half the population due to their severity. - The only way they count age is by the length of one's tail. They usually stop growing at 30 (210). - Most Dremoralos die at 50 (350), though rather of old age, it is of battle wounds or disease. - Marriage is not a practice commonly used among the Dremoralos, and came from rumors of human customs. Partners don't often declare relationships~ they simply have relationships. Though, partnerships with another are extremely different from a human's view. Instead of settling down to a cozy life with the other, they often both become each others mortal enemies, thriving and gaining thrill from battling the other. Almost two thirds of partners 'break up' by murdering the other, however, so exes are not common- if you have an ex, you're seen as weak. Romance is still involved in these relationships~ simply not in public.
|| More about Dullahast || - This is the desert planet that the Dremoralos inhabit, split into three different sectors: The first and largest being 'Faekruge', a well-organized region of endless sand- possibly built with the harshest, warmest climates on the planet, consisting of the lower class and 'weak'. The second is a more middle-class region of underground marketplaces and military camps, mostly inhabiting the retired and more casual, and it is commonly referred to as 'Gehennas'. And, the last of the sectors is 'Kramparius'. Kramparius is the purely mechanical center of the planet, surrounded by a massive, iron dome, surrounded by at least ten thousand Dremoralon guards. Within are the newest interplanetary recruits, born and bred from the DNA of the greatest Dremoralos to exist, and put in the most brutal conditions available from the age of two (14) and for the rest of their lives, until their 18th (126th) year, where they clash against one another in a life-or-death brawl, until the best ten out of a hundred are selected for the exploration and warfare upon distant planets. || Slang ;) || Lover - Sociuzin (Directly translated as 'partner in sleep' in Dremoralan) Idiot/Stupid - Stultas Dreamer - Innubibus (This is an insult for those who are distracted from their duties, and is usually used in a very offensive context) D@m^/D@m^3d - Rancus/Rancidulus F-Bomb - Ascidat Selfish individual - Pelaguztar A fling - Intrizhka Dirty Man/Woman - Graznhelovek/Grazneiock Son of a (bleep) - Synoruzhiya! Weakling - Slehbak (Can be used in both singular and plural) God - Dullahanus (A deity in the common mythology of the Dremoralos, said to be responsible for the creation of the rules their recruits follow)
