Click Green Flag and enjoy Process Paper Cuban Missile Crisis My topic is the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1964. This topic is all about missiles that were found on Cuba by the U-2 Spy plane. I chose this topic because I have heard about it on the news and from articles. The way I researched my project was I searched up many things like Cuban Missile Crisis and I read many passages and found out what was true and what was not true. My project format is a documentary and I will make an animation representing this topic. topic represents this year’s theme because it has most of the qualities. For Exploration: a U-2 American spy plane flew over Cuba after noticing that there were multiple reports of troops from the USSR in Cuba. Encounter: The U-2 found hundreds of USSR missiles some of them nuclear stationed in Cuba. Exchange: The U-2 sent information over to the US White house where Kennedy prepares for a possible war Today we are more careful about what we do with our weapons. Also we do not use Nuclear weapons freely and haven’t since WWII. The world was changed because if USSR and the US used their inventory the world would have ended and there would be no humans left. Also it shows that some countries will do anything to gain power over smaller countries or take other countries over to get closer to their enemy. After the Cuban Missile Crisis the US drops Cuba as an ally and stops protecting Cuba as if it were a state
