JWC Leader Applications 2024 ━ ━ ━ ❀ ⋮ Introduction IMPORTANT: Please read through both the instructions and notes and credits to fully understand everything :D Hello and welcome! This is the leader app for the third session of JWC (3 is the magic number in books, right? We must have good luck on our side this session!) JWC is an annual writing camp on scratch. Campers make a word goal for themselves to reach during the month, and there are daily and weekly activities that you can do to earn points. Campers are sorted into cabins, and they compete to earn the most points for their cabin by the end of the session. The camp runs in UTC time from January 1st to January 31st. These are the cabins for this session! ❀ ⋮ Cabins ⟹ Astronaut Cabin (Sci-fi) ⟹ Spy Cabin (Dystopian) ⟹ Harlequin Cabin (Drama) ⟹ Fairy Cabin (Fantasy) ⟹ Victorian Cabin (Hi-Fi) ⟹ Aviator Cabin (Steampunk) There are “sibling” cabins that are used for cabin wars. Cabin wars are an activity where cabins launch writing challenges at other cabins. Siblings are cabins that generally work together and don't “war” each other. There aren't rules for this, however. Cabins can choose to war their siblings if the leaders decide they want to. There are also enemy cabins. Enemy cabins generally attack each other during cabin wars, but again, it is up to the (co)leaders of each cabin what their strategy is. The rest of the cabins are neutrals.
