They are a 3 stage evolution line. Kleptape evolves into Theiflame at level 30 and Theiflame becoming Spirrobber after losing an important battle (gym challenge, rival, E4) while Theiflame was holding the Calling Card item (Theiflame also must be at least level 55).
I will update this project with more information on backstory, movesets, sprites and the calling card item. Also yes I am aware that Spirrobber has the same bst as Mewtwo, Rayquaza, Giratina etc. and I honestly do not have a problem with this. The whole line could be legendaries or smth.
