-Click the grey thing to ask for the next order (there aren't currently that many customers, (I know right, lazy much)) -When they come in, they'll give you their passport, your job is to check it, and make sure everything matches up. -If it doesn't, pull out the stamper by clicking the arrow on the right, and deny them. -If it does, pull out the stamper and approve them. -Some characters will react differently to being denied than others...
