Click the floating Rubik's cube to get cubes. Use cubes to buy upgrades. Buy upgrades by clicking the "shop" sign on the bottom right corner. I know that on the top bar, it says "candy per second." It says candy because I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Click slowly, because if you don't, the clicks won't do anything.
