Read All of This: The Reason i made this Pokédex is so i don't have to strictly add pokemon in order of pokedex to match index numbers, The in game reason is, you are teleported 50 years into the future, your Unova Pokédex won't contain the Aogon region, and you don't meet any Professor until late game.
