RECAP: I looked to see the other two large cats that Cottonpaw had took with her walk out of the bushes, scraped and bruised. “Spottedtail has been defeated. We are sure that he won’t come back after what we did,” stated one of them confidently. “Very well, Wolfscar.” she said, nodding her head respectfully. Wolfscar walked off as Oceanstar continued. “Skullfur, your mate would like to see you urgently, though she did not tell me why.” Skullfur walked off, and I thought I caught a little glimpse of rage in his eyes. CONTINUED: After a few days had passed, and Saltail was healed of her most injuries, Oceanstar called a meeting once again. This one was exciting, however. My name was being changed. Although I liked the name that Avery had given me, it surely did not fit my clanmate’s names. When all cat’s gathered at the highrock, Oceanstar began speaking. “As you all know, a new member has been added to the clan recently. He has contributed to the clan greatly, and it is time for him to become a full warrior of SandClan. Loofa, from this day on, you will be known as Bluefoot, for your pelt is blue.” I was startled when the others started chanting his name. “Bluefoot! Bluefoot! Bluefoot! Bluefoot!” The rest of the day, I was swarmed with questions and concerns. “Are you a danger to the Clan?” and “Do you even know how to hunt?” and “Who is going to be your mate?” By the end of the day, I was exhausted and run down from the long day, so I went to bed early. Plus, I had training in the morning and I wasn’t going to miss his first day. I lay down in the soft pile of moss and waited for Saltail to come in. I couldn’t hear or feel her paw steps, but I felt her warm body lie down on the cushy moss beside me. I quickly fell asleep, comforted by Saltails warmth.
I used google docs to make this.
