Shortly after, the SUV version, Bahusia, was unveiled online. Continuing from the models before that were produced from 2016 to 2023, Dalia and Bahusia were made with the intention of "bringing Axelsen luxury to the masses". Available in gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and electric versions, Dalia and Bahusia are positioned at the higher end of the small luxury hatchback/SUV market. Initial reviews praised a class-leading interior and the new powertrain options developed specifically for Dalia and Bahusia. The current models retain much of the features that made the previous generation so successful - a beautiful interior and capable, yet efficient powertrain. Sales seem especially promising in Europe and Asia, where the new models have seen a considerable number of pre-orders. The high-performance Sirius versions drastically cut the weight of the standard models, then add either a twin-turbocharged inline-4 producing over 350 horsepower or a modified version of the hybrid inline-4 used in the World Rally Championship, where the Dalia will race in 2024.
