October 26th - - -It has been 1 year since we lost. The UNSC is clinging to life. After a year of trying to figure out who was behind this mess we have some answers. A team of spartan 4 special operatives was sent to sap intel from the Sentinel Services. 6 of the 7 Spartans we sent were killed, but the last one drew us a sketch of who he saw. The picture appears to be a Spartan wearing a suit. As ridiculous as it sounds, looking through the helmet footage it is real. The suit is made of some sort of high tech material that stretches over armor and is durable enough to withstand multiple grenades. The man appears to be a sort of “fake” John 117, but after overhearing conversations, we have come to a disturbing conclusion. This is John 117, but not ours. A 117 from a different time. Today, 1 year ago, is the day he arrived. The day our end was set in stone. - - -
