Sorry, I know I haven't posted at all this week... I'll make a longer chapter this time :P and I'll get through the duel! Let's go :D I was shocked. Daniel Malfoy? He was a slytherin a few years older than me. We'd never crossed each others' paths before. I got over it quickly, though, because before I could react, he shot a spell at me. "Crucio!" He cackled. I dodged. " "Expelliarmus!" I shouted. He deflected it. "Crucio!" He fired spell after spell. I couldn't keep this up; I was running out of energy. He twisted his wand in a whip-like way, and I felt hard slap across my face. I stumbled and tripped. He towered over me, about to finish me off. But just as I thought he was about to do it, he instead reached a hand out. I flinched. "...What are you doing?" He smiled. "You didn't think I was actually going to kill you, did you? I was just having some fun. This was all a prank." I was stunned. A... a PRANK? I'd gone through all this, and it was just a mere PRANK? I was furious, and whipped around to look at Roselette. She looked at me sheepishly. "Sorry...?" She said. "ROSE YOU LITTLE-"
