READ TO THE END: This is the land of which Hell of Questions takes place in. It was a majestic continent once, but now, after being ruined by the Catastrophe, it pains people to call it by its old name. Now, whenever the name need be said, the people call it Auruinor, with each section being called North Auruinor, Center Aurionor, East Aurionor, and so on. Anything beyond this map can be of your imagination, but this is the land as I envision it. On the locations map, there are X's and O's. While the entire is land is overrun with monsters from the fallen towers, the X's are specific areas that have been overtaken by specific monster types. In each X, there is an area boss, the monster that leads all others in the area. They cannot be solo'd, no matter the stage/level your in, and can kill members of the lowest stage/level with relative ease. In contrast, O's are more like monster free areas, where lore can be found on the Eye of Judgement, or perhaps conceal a great, hidden danger. Finally, there is one monster that moves throughout the entire land. A possessed-armor serpent the size of many skyscrapers strewn together, its stygian hide is tougher than mythril, and its eyes and breath are of a hellfire identical to the Eye of Judgement's. Humans call this monster Ouroboros. It is a monster that is controlled directly by the Eye of Judgement that slithers through the land, acting as its proxy. It has no mind, no will, and its sole purpose is to kill sentient life. As longs as the Eye of Judgement that looms over the world can directly see you, so can Ouroboros, no matter how far. It is possible to completely avoid Ouroboros on your journeys, or for you to constantly encounter him. Ouroboros is a creature that no matter what, cannot be killed, captured, or even stunned. There is no known method to put out its hellfire, which burns anything it comes in contact with. Its scales are so hard that an Awakener in ISOLATION can only dent its armor with their strongest blow. Even if it were locked away with the highest magic, or blown far away from Auruinor, it is only a matter of time until it returns to plague the land again. People can only hope that if the Eye of Judgement is extinguished, so will the serpent perish.
