In this game you will have to use the up and down arrows to move. Save as many people as possible until you have no more lives! You only have three places in your helicopter. You will then have to drop people off on the heliport (located at the entrance to the tower) to free up your places. If a burning window bothers you to continue the passage, you place yourself under this window then press the space bar.
