It starts off okay, but becomes very precise later. There is a glitch at the beginning called Position Storage (or at least that's what I called it), which is only possible with the green flag. If you get stuck, press q+r. I also used the faster long jumps, where long jumps gain speed. Also, if you press down midair, you fall faster. I applaud anyone who does this deathless.
